Funding Opportunities

To promote networking and collaboration between researchers, practitioners, and policy-makers on the team and to facilitate two-way knowledge exchange that fosters the development of research that reflects practitioners’ needs, and translation of results into relevant preventive and clinical practices and policy our team has developed four unique programs to meet the needs of ICE investigators and students.

 

 

 

 

 

Small Project Funding
This program was created to promote interdisciplinary collaborations among ICE team investigators and to support small projects relevant to ICE objectives, up to a maximum of $30,000. Read more

TimeOut Program
To promote productivity in terms of peer-review publications among ICE team members, the TIME-OUT Program offers small budgets (maximum 3000$) to bring together ICE Team Members including students, to spend 2-3 days working intensively together to complete an ICE-related publication that is ready for peer-review. SPICE Scholarship Program
The SPICE Program was established to increase interdisciplinary capacity in tobacco research by developing a cadre of talented new researchers with skills, motivation, and experience to work in tobacco control across disciplines. Read more

Springboard
The SPRINGBOARD Program offers funding (maximum $5,000) to students or those within 6 months of entering or exiting a program, mentored by ICE team investigators to support the preparation and submission a peer-review publications based on existing ICE databases. Read more
